Unlike in human medicine, there is no NHS for pets.  All private veterinary practices are funded by the fees you pay.  In order to maintain an excellent standard of surgical and medical facilities, fees must be set at a reasonable level.

In order to keep our prices as reasonable as possible, we ask that payment is made at the time of service.

An estimate can be provided prior to carrying out any treatment: please don't hesitate to remind the vet if this is required!
