In An Emergency 

If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis.

Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.

A Veterinary Surgeon is always on call to attend to genuine out-of-hours emergencies.  Telephone the usual number and your call will be answered by a message handling service who will then page the vet on duty.

Your pet will be seen at their usual practice by a member of  that practice team.
