Everyone at our practice is committed to providing you with the very best in pet healthcare. Our veterinary team brings a wealth of experience to the practice and have all individually obtained high standards of professional qualification.  They are backed up by a group of well trained and caring permanent office staff.

We are a Registered Training Practice and therefore always have a number of trainee nurses at various stages of their courses.

I joined the practice in February 2010 after qualifying from the Royal Veterinary College in 2009. I am particularly interested in soft tissue surgery and cardiology. I have now completed a couple of courses in heart scanning (Echocardiology). I am also the Cat Advocate for the practice. I have a Pointer x Collie called Roddy. When I'm not walking Roddy I'm a keen cyclist, most weekends I can be found peddling my way about the Worcestershire Countryside.

I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in July 2015 and joined the Practice a month later. I have 2 rabbits, a dog, horse, chickens and a pet sheep Felicity.

Having been a practice manager since 2011. I joined the practice in 2016 really enjoy working with the lovely team at Townsend. I've worked with and around animals all my life by working in a veterinary hospital straight from school. I am married and live with two human pets and two feline friends!

I joined the practice in 1996, I enjoy dog walking and Zumba fitness. In work I enjoy running the puppy and kitten clinics.

I have worked at the practice since 2002 and have worked my way up over the years to head nurse. Having recently returned from maternity leave I have handed the head nurse reins over to Dee, to enjoy a part time role. I am the Cat Advocate for the practice. At home I have two dogs called Bria and Wilf. I also keep birds of prey.

I began as a evening girl in 1998 and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2008. I spend my spare time developing my new home and with my friends. I have a beautiful black cat called Timon, who doesn't like to visit my fellow colleagues at the practice.

I joined the practice in July 2014 having studied veterinary nursing at university. I spend my time walking my Border Collie Cassie and Labrador Goose in the countryside, and I am looking forward to renovating my first house.

I joined the Bromsgrove practice in September 2003. I'm a mum of 2 boys and have 2 guinea pigs and a hen called Nutmeg. I enjoy running and in 2011 completed my 1st London Marathon for charity.

I've worked in administration for well over a decade, previously with Next and have been a Receptionist with Townsend since September 2013. I am owned by 2 black cats, Cleo and Jessica. I enjoy long drives in the countryside and walks on the beach.

I've worked for Townsend since October 2014 and really enjoy the role. I also volunteer for the Blue Cross Animal Welfare in Bromsgrove. My own pets are border terrier pup Mungo, two gorgous cats and two guinea pigs.

I joined the practice in September of 2012 as a part-time evening employee to gain experience whilst at sixth form. I am currently at university down in Warwickshire and am aiming to go on and study veterinary medicine. I enjoy going to the gym and have a lively beagle called Milo.

I joined the practice in March 2010, working at the Droitwich Branch. I now work at the Bromsgrove surgery on reception. In my spare time I walk dogs for Pals4Pets and also walk my own two dogs; Eva and Teddy. I also enjoy going to Yoga and spending time with my partner Craig and friends and family.
