You can book an appointment by calling the practice during opening hours. Consulting times at the Upton surgery are: Monday- Friday 9.00am-12-00pm, 4-00pm-7-00pm Saturday 9-00am-4-30pm Consulting times at the Wareham surgery are: Monday-Friday 9-00am-11-30am, 3-00pm-6-00pm On Thursdays the surgery is open for appointments until 7-00pm. Alternatively, you can request an appointment now by using the online appointment request form. We will do our best to accommodate your choice of date and time and will contact you to confirm or seek alternative dates.
