Healthy pets are happy pets 

A major part of our service is help our clients  to keep their pets in good health  throughout their lives.  We aren't solely concerned with caring for your pet when they are unwell or injured.  There are a number of ways in which we can offer support and information on preventative healthcare.  All of these services, which are listed below, are free of charge.

• Dental checks
• Dietary advice 
• Flea checks and advice on flea control
• Health checks for new kittens/puppies and adolescents
• Puppy parties including advice on training, socialisation and dental care
• Weight checks and obesity clinic

In particular, don't overlook your pet's teeth - up to 70% of dogs and cats over three years old suffer from dental problems.  By offering advice and training on dental care, in particular teeth cleaning, we can help you to minimise these problems.  

In order to prevent infectious diseases, we recommend regular vaccination of all our patients.  All vaccinations are accompanied by a full clinical examination to identify any health problems and to give our clients the opportunity to discuss any concerns thay may have about their pet with a veterinary surgeon.  We adopt a flexible approach to vaccination and vaccination programmes can be tailor-made to suit individual requirements.
