Most of our clients come via personal recommendation from our existing clients. We would therefore like to reward you, our loyal clients, by offering a 50% reduction on your next consultation fee if you introduce a new client to us. Pensioner Discounts

We would like to help reduce costs for our Pensioner clients, so for some time we have been offering a discount on Wednesday's for clients over 60. Those clients who have aready benefited from this offer have been very pleased that we have considered helping our more senior citizens.

We have reduced the cost of a typical appointment by up to £15 by offering a reduced rate consultation fee. If you are over 60 and would like to benefit from this discount please try to book your routine appointments on a Wednesday. When you arrive at the practice for your appointment please let us know if you are a pensioner so that we can apply the discount to your account.

We are constantly striving to provide you with the best veterinary care in Newport. Whilst we are not prepared to compromise on our standards, recent training and working practices have allowed us to reduce the cost of some routine treatments.

· Vaccination against major diseases (according to lifestyle and availability)

· Identification – ideally with a Microchip

· Neutering (unless you plan to breed from that animal)

Vaccination Amnesty:

We are offering a re-start amnesty to dogs whose vaccinations have overrun or lapsed. In order to keep your dog protected against serious diseases it is necessary to keep their vaccines up-to-date every year.

If your dog's vaccine has not been boostered in the last 18months a re-start course is recommended. This involves the administration of 2 vaccines 3 to 4 weeks apart. Normally this would cost the same as giving 2 boosters.

If you have book your re-start vaccine course you will be charged for the first vaccination and we will carry out the 2nd vaccine FREE. This means that the whole re-start course will cost the same as a booster.
