Just a quick note of thanks to thank all the staff who contributed to the treatment care and recuperation of our cat C*****. From the time we called the out of hours emergency service to bringing our C***** home we received first class service and most importantly so did C*****. Dear Friends,
I just wanted to write and thank you for the attention you gave to the little jackdaw I brought in just after Christmas. I called your Practice and you were so caring on the phone and willing to help. I felt the little bird was in good hands and even though he was unable to be saved, the message you left me giving a full description of what you thought had caused him to be in that condition did a lot to alleviate the sadness that one feels when a beautiful creature is lost to us.
My heartfelt thanks to you all for being compassionate. It was my daughters idea to try you as she is a client of yours and always has good things to say of the practice. Its easy to see why a small, wild jackdaw would not feature highly in the scheme of a modern world, but you managed to restore my faith that these creatures matter and are worthy of our efforts and I am very grateful to you all. Keep doing the splendid work that you so obviously are, I will not hesitate in recommending you if I am asked by anyone for the name of a good veterinary practice.

Just a note to say thank you so, so much for what you have done for Holly. She seems to making a good recovery and had it not been for you I know I would have lost her. Not only did you do a wonderful thing for Holly, but you explained everything so well to me, so that I fully understood what was happening. Thanks again for both your skill and your kindness. I just want to say well done to your team, receptionists, Ross and all for their excellent customer service skills and for dealing with me and my little bunny Lucky and my other rabbits over the past month.
Ross has put them all on a strict diet - and I think the does will be pleased they are well on their way to a bunny size 'zero' - as in zero tooth problems or stomach problems in the future!
