SharonTeasdale                                    Team Leader

 

Sharon has been with us since November 1999 and was appointed head receptionist in 2003 to manage the growing team. Her responsibilities include training, organising the rota and general troubleshooting. Sharon has just achieved the NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service. She has 2 daughters and her connection with animals does not diminish away from work as she spends much time with horses, travelling frequently to show-jumping events with her eldest. Sharon also has a baby boy born on 14th March 2005 call Joshua.

 

 

Sandie Rule                                          

 

Sandie works full time with the Client Care Team after 12 yrs in the NHS.She has an NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service, a Veterinary Practice Receptionist Certificate and has achieved Bronze membership of the Institute of Customer Service.  She is currently studying to become a Blue Cross Pet Bereavement Supporter.  Away from work, Sandie enters many competitions and enjoys reading, photography, travelling (especially home to Cornwall) and experiencing the mischievousness of her new dog "Pirate"!

  

Lilliane Morgan

 

Lilliane joined the Client Care Team in 2005 and came with extensive experience in Customer Care having previously worked in the travel business and has recently successfully completed the NVQ level 2 in Customer Service. She is French but has lived in the UK for a number of years with her husband and 2 children and became a grandmother for the first time 6 months ago.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, playing badminton, socializing, shopping and spoiling her granddaughter.

 

Athena Bolton

 

Athena worked hard for 4 years to get into this line of work and was delighted to finally achieve her goal. Away from work she enjoys her baby daughter, born in October 2007, travelling and is interested in different cultures, she also enjoys family gatherings, cinema, cooking and eating out and has 2 cats called Princess and Tiggy.  Athena has continued to work hard on her professional qualifications having completed her NVQ in IT & Customer Service level 2, she is now working towards achieving her NVQ Level 2 in IT.

 

Vickie French

 

Vickie came to us with many years of customer service experience gained in, amongst others, retail and the N.H.S. Vickie has a great passion for animals and when she's not working on reception she volunteers at a local animal haven. In whatever spare time she has Vickie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews, and pampering her 'babies'; Lou - Lou the world's most spoilt bunny and Mr Pig, Oz and Spud her Guinea Pigs.

 

 Claire Webster 

 

 

Claire enjoys meeting people and has spent many years in customer service roles. When she is not working as part of the team here at the hospital she is studying part time for an OU degree which she hopes to complete next year as well as working towards completing her ECDL computer course. After spending time working and studying Clare takes time out to enjoy the company of her 10 year old rescue dog Cassie, who she rescued as a puppy, and also enjoys socialising, cooking, reading and swimming. 

 

Ann Rivers                                        Cricklade Road

 

 

Ann has been with us since January 1994 and is now a familiar figure behind Cricklade Road's reception desk. She looks after the ordering for the branch surgery along with many other miscellaneous tasks. In her free time Ann enjoys reading, shopping and seeing her grandchildren (a grandma? surely not!)

 

 Kia Walker

Kia joined us in 2006 & has many years experience working in customer focused roles and very much enjoys meeting and helping people. She has a foundation diploma in IT, NVQ in Customer Service as well as having completed a CLAIT course. She is currently working towards a BTEC in Veterinary reception. When she isn't looking after our clients and their pets in the evenings at our Cricklade Road Branch and helping cover various shifts at Bath Road she is a busy nanna to 3 adorable girls, takes care of her 2 cats & also enjoys reading, watching films, cycling, walking and meeting friends for lunch.
