Dr. Cecilia Gorrel
BSc, MA, Vet MB, MRCVS, DDS, Hon FAVD, Dipl EVDC

Cecilia Gorrel is qualified as a Doctor of Dental Surgery, an Oral Pathologist and a Veterinary Surgeon.  She runs a Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery Referral clinic in the UK.  Dr. Gorrel is also an Independent Research Consultant investigating oral diseases in the dog and cat.  She is a Diplomate and was the Inaugural President of the European Veterinary Dental College (EVDC).  Dr. Gorrel is also an Honorary Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry and an Honorary Lifetime Member of the British Veterinary Dental Association.  Cecilia is currently President of the European Board of Veterinary Specialisation (EBVS).  She is active as an international lecturer has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications. 

Peter Southerden      

MBA BVSc MRCVS

Peter Southerden is the founding partner at Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Clinic .He purchased the old surgeries at Eastcott Hill and Cricklade Road in 1986 having only come to Swindon as a temporary locum. He has been at the helm since and has been instrumental in the practice's pursuit of excellence in all areas.  His particular clinical interest is dentistry and his studies in this area have improved the range and quality of treatment that the practice now offers. He is currently studying for a Diploma in Veterinary Dentistry.

Sue Derbyshire

Sue Derbyshire is a Veterinary Nurse with a special interest in Veterinary Dentistry. She has been the BVDA secretary for the last three years. Sue is also a Pet Health Counsellor.
