FEES
We aim to provide the best care for your pet. Our charges reflect the level of service that we provide, and the considerable ongoing investment in equipment and staff training which this demands.
We ask that all fees are paid at the time of treatment. All major forms of payment are accepted.
Senior citizens can request a 10% discount on all fees (excluding vaccinations and neutering), if they attend the surgery between 9am and 5pm.
PET INSURANCE
We offer 6 weeks free insurance to all new puppies, rabbits and kittens, between 6 weeks and a year old, on their first visit, as part of our special package.
We strongly recommend all pet owners consider continuing or taking out pet insurance.
Whilst routine treatments are not expensive, recovery from an accident or serious illness can be prolonged and require sophisticated diagnostics and treatments. This can result in a bill for hundreds of pounds or more.
We advise that insurance policies are compared not only on price but on level of cover. Check the small print carefully. Pay particular attention to time-limits and cost limits per condition.
Remember, if you do not keep your pet’s vaccinations up-to-date, many insurance policies become invalidated.
