Prices will vary depending on the care or treatment required by your pet.  All of our fees are subject to VAT and as of 1st January 2011 this will be increased to 20%.  One fifth of your bill will be government tax but we have to charge this by law.

Please note that often we can not give quotes for anything other than routine procedures over the telephone.  For complicated medical or surgical procedures you will need to discuss costs with the vet who is treating your pet.  We will try to give you an accurate estimate but usually giving an exact quote is impossible because of unforseen complications or the need for further tests.

If your pet is not insured and you are worried about costs, please discuss this with one of the vets or Jacqui Yeomans, our head nurse, before embarking upon any tests or treatment.

We ask that the bill is settled after each consultation.  All bills are clearly itemised.  In some instances we are able to claim the fees directly from insurance companies but ask that you pay us the excess as soon as we know that you will be making a claim.
